West Lake Dragon Well Long Jing (Year 2025)

Long Jing tea was first produced in the Song Dynasty. It is a famous green tea in China. Produced in the West Lake area of Hangzhou, ZheJiang, it has a history of more than 1,200 years. Long Jing tea is green in color, rich in aroma and refreshing, and shaped like a bird's tongue. 

The tea produced before Qing Ming was called "Ming Qian Tea", and the one produced before raining was called "Yu Qian Tea". One say "Before the rain is the best, before the Ming is the treasure". 

When brewing Long Jing tea, you will be able to  see the buds standing upright, the soup color is clear, the fragrance is overflowing, especially one bud and one leaf is the best.
