2020 Dragonwell Tea
Longjing tea was first produced in the Song Dynasty. It is a famous green tea in China. Produced in the West Lake area of Hangzhou, Zhejiang, it has a history of more than 1,200 years. Longjing tea is green in color, rich in aroma and refreshing, and shaped like a bird's tongue.
The tea produced before Qingming was called "Mingqian Tea", and the one produced before raining was called "Yuqian Tea". One say "Before the rain is the best, before the Ming is the treasure". When brewing Longjing tea, you will be able to see the buds standing upright, the soup color is clear, the fragrance is overflowing, especially one bud and one leaf is the best.
